For this devised production, the three performers devised monologues spread out over three acts that represented three mental states during the pandemic. In the first act, Valentino Musumecireflected on how the isolation of the lockdown created space for past memories, reflections, and traumas to resurface and expand. In the second act, Bella Briggs mediated on her hyperfixations, phone dependency, and internet culture of the pandemic. In the third act, Ava Mingo looked to the future with unyielding hope and faith in humanity. The set undergoes a transformation that reflects the changes over the three acts, daring the audience to be optimistic as the pandemic raged.
